The Friday 9 May Demo Day, presented by Bulmer Farms and Stuart Grigg Ag-Hort Consulting, will showcase the latest produce of the Leafy Vegetable industry.
On Friday 9 May the inaugural 2014 East Gippsland Demonstration Day will be held.
The day is designed to showcase new and innovative produce, with spinach, lettuce, leafy brassicas, rocket, kale, beet/chart and a selection of other leafy vegetables on display.
The day would not be possible without the support of Gippsland Seedlings, South Pacific Seeds, Lefroy Valley, Rijk Zwaan, E.E. Muir & Sons, Campbells Fertilisers Australia, Nunhems, Clause, WHS, Fairbanks Seeds, Elders, Boomaroo, Terranova Seeds, Syngenta and Seminis. A number of experts and representatives will be on site to discuss with you the produce on display as well as other advances in the market.
Special guest, chef Geoff Jansz will be cooking and creating dishes with the features produce.
Thursday 8 May a welcome dinner is planned, bookings are essential, with further details to follow.
